***Completed***TelecityGroup HV/LV Maintenance – Bonnington House- 20th February 2012

February 17th, 2012

Dear Customers,

We have been advised of the following planned maintenance work being carried out at the Telecity Bonnington data centre:

Date: Monday, 20th February 2012
Time: 08:00 – 15:00 (GMT)
Impact: At risk
Description:

TelecityGroup will be carrying out essential maintenance works to the electrical power supply infrastructure at Bonnington House during an extended maintenance window on Monday, 20th February 2012 between 08:00 – 15:00 (GMT).

The work will involve carrying out a routine generator load test as part of our planned preventative maintenance programme to allow for key infrastructure to be maintained.

Power to customer equipment will be provided by generator supply for the duration of the maintenance window under controlled conditions. There will be a reduced level of resilience to your equipment during this period, however we do not anticipate any impact to your service as the generators are capable of supporting the site load. TelecityGroup’s engineering team will be monitoring the power and generator systems at all times whilst this work is carried out.
